Generously marbled, Chuck Roast is full of rich, meaty flavour. Try this wonderfully juicy cut of slow cooked for a perfectly beefy dish. We recommend cooking at a low temperature for 6-8 hours.
Oriel Jones has added their modern style of butchery to this ‘old school’ cut. Combined the chuck eye with 35 day dry aged rib caps. This gives a deeper dry aged flavour, while protecting the heavily marbled chuck eye.
